Shipping

We offer local pickup and Canada-wide shipping on shelf-stable items. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $12. Free shipping applies to orders of $100 or more.

Fresh food items are only available for local pickup at either our farm or the Landsdowne Farmers Market, Ottawa on Sundays.

Pickup details are arranged after checkout. Please include a phone number and any helpful notes at checkout so we can coordinate a smooth pickup time.

If you are selecting pickup or local delivery, we will contact you to confirm timing and location.

Mixed Orders and Tax

When grocery items and pet treats are purchased together, tax may be applied to the full order due to checkout system limitations. If you wish to bypass this, please create a separate order for pet items.

Any applicable over-collected tax on zero-rated grocery items is remitted in full.
