Buying a half pig is an economical way to enjoy a wide variety of high-quality pork while knowing exactly where your food comes from.
Our pigs are raised on pasture on our Ontario farm, with room to roam, root, and express natural behaviours. Pasture access is combined with a balanced supplemental feed to support healthy growth and excellent meat quality. We prioritize animal welfare, low-stress handling, and transparency at every step.
Half pig orders are processed at a licensed abattoir and professionally cut and wrapped in brown paper. Your order will include a mix of pork chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, pork belly, and fresh ham, along with optional extras such as jowls, hocks, fat for rendering, and organs if requested.
Before processing, you’ll receive a cut sheet so your pork can be tailored to your preferences. If this is your first time ordering a whole pig, we’re happy to guide you through the process.
Half pigs are ideal for families, bulk buyers, and anyone looking to fill their freezer with ethically raised, locally produced pork.
If you ever have questions about cuts, packaging, or how to use less familiar pieces, we’re happy to help.
